or over the Internet. The repair facility was designed to test, diagnose and
repair in-house allowing for faster service. A high tech facility with an
experienced and highly qualified technical staff, they can diagnose and repair
all major components of your spa.

Return Policy: Filters, some accessories and parts are non
refundable. Please ask your agent if the item or part you are
purchasing can be returned.
International Returns: If for any reason you are unable to
accept delivery of your order and it is returned back to us,
your shipping will not be refunded and you are subject to the
additional shipping cost back to us.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit or debit cards.
You may also pay by money order or cashier's check. If you
pay by personal check, your order will not be processed until
the check clears your bank, usually within 5-7 business days.
